Port Hedland – Lot 2 Clark Street

After realising a shortage of housing for the country’s largest iron ore mining companies, Tindale Property was involved in securing a 7.5 hectare property in Port Hedland. The site was at the time, and continues to be the largest privately owned development site in Port Hedland.

The property is across the road from the Tindale Street project and accordingly shares the benefits of securing the $106m government commitment to relocate the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Tindale Property secured the rezoning of the property to accommodate high density residential. The site is now capable of accommodating more than 400 dwellings in a mix of houses, townhouses and apartments.
