Mudgee

Due to the market conditions in Mudgee of an undersupply of housing and numerous expanding coal mines in the region, Tindale directors along with other partners, secured over 300 hectares of rural land abutting the North Western corner of the Mudgee Township.

In 2012 within a 12 month period, the JV was able to secure the land and rezone it from rural to residential. The property has subsequently received Development Approval for the delivery of circa 1,000 lots.

Tindale sold its interest in the project in 2015, however the take out party continue to progress the development to delivery.
