Wyee

Tindale assisted a group of investors to rezone a 105 hectare property in Wyee, from rural to residential. The site is now zoned to accommodate circa 765 lots adjoining the western side of the township of Wyee.

The proposed development of the site will provide improved social and economic facilities to the new and existing community, will facilitate new and existing infrastructure and public transport and will bring forward land release in the region to assist meeting the housing targets for the NSW government.

The property was sold in 2018 to a local developer.
