In conjunction with The Glenside Group, Tindale Property secured a large development site on Victoria Road in Gladesville. The circa 3,260sqm site currently accommodates a three story industrial building housing various tenants and various lease terms.

The site was identified and terms secured for redevelopment into a 90 apartment residential building with commercial space. Tindale and Glenside developed the proposal and design of the development to a stage where it could be on sold to a national developer. The apartment complex has now been fully developed.
